Abstract:

استفاده از مش پلی پروپیلن (Poly propylen mesh) از سال ۱۹۶۱ آغاز شد. نتایج یک مطالعه در سال ۱۹۷۰، بیانگر کاربرد این مش (mesh) برای ترمیم فتق مغبنی مستقیم و عودکننده می باشد. اخیره نیز چند محقق، نتایج استفاده از مش مارلکس (Marlex) (پلی پروپیلن) در ترمیم فتق مغبنی و رانی را بسیار خوب، توصیف کرده اند. در این مطالعه نتایج مقدماتی استفاده از مش مارلکس برای ترمیم تمام فتق های ناحیه گروئین (groin) مطرح می شود.
